We believe in transparency and trust in our relationships with our clients, and hold ourselves to the highest of quality standards. | | OFFICE ADMIN IN KAUNAS | RESPONSIBILITIES: - Management of office facilities;
- Coordination of catering service;
- Document administration;
- Travel arrangement for employees and guests;
- Organization of internal company events;
- Other special requests / projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: - Education in Business administration or equivalent with a 3+ years’ experience in office admin role.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, energetic and positive team player;
- Ability to prioritize and to be organized in a dynamic and flexible environment;
- Able to take full ownership and responsibility for work;
- Attentive to detail;
- Excellent communications skills;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, English;
- Computer proficient.
