Your will be responsible for managing and leading the team of Business Intelligence analysts and Data Warehouse specialists. The team is servicing different countries and Group functions and also is expanding constantly to on-board new service lines. Your focus will be on keeping high quality of services, maintaining business relations with different stakeholders in matrix organisation, review and recommendations on process improvements as well as performance management of the team. Responsibility for business targets and process improvements is as important as the responsibility for continuous development and support for people – we believe that we achieve our results through professional and caring approach towards our employees. We expect that you have: - People management experience
- Work experience in BIDW area
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organisational & planning skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Ability to liaise, work with and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluency in English
