We would like to invite a new member to join our international team in newly established Business Service Center in Vilnius for the position of:

 

TRANSITION MANAGER

with strong skills in Change and Stakeholder Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing individual transition plans and program performance across defined phases and work streams.
  • Provide and ensure transition plan, methodology, tools & templates.
  • Initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across operations.
  • Participate in all governance meetings with internal stakeholders – daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Review of project proposals to determine goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishment of the project.
  • Planning business needs and managing staff and budget outcomes in line with expected expenditure.
  • Managing project transformation and transferring responsibilities and service activities from the customer to LBS site.
  • Planning and monitoring the transition programs.
  • Identification and scheduling project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
  • Maintaining agreed KPI’s and performance targets to achieve required service levels.
  • Review and manage changes through the transition project lifecycle.
  • Share transition knowledge for further waves & next countries to join LBS.
  • Escalate major Transition issues to Management with recommendations on how to address.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience of Transition Management
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments at Global Level.
  • Demonstrated success of working effectively under short timeframes and significant pressure.
  • Knowledge of Service Transition delivery practices, process and tools.
  • Risk management experience with ability to proactively assess/manage/mitigate risks.
  • Experience in interfacing with Country teams in developing/validating transition solutions and proposals.
  • Very good planning skills with proficiency in using project management tools like MS project.
  • Experience of managing, direct/matrix, project managers, technical resource and other resource assigned to a Service Transition.

The successful candidate would have good communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. You should display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives. Working language is English.
