Job information As the Super user network manager / Service Manger you are responsible for building and managing Outokumpu Super User Network, manage the internal IT tools, build for end user experience in IT services. You act in close co-operation with Service Managers and Service Desk managers as well as IT Tools Solutions manager. You must have good experience of using and understanding of most common ITIL processes. ACCOUNTABILITIES - Build and further develop OTK Super User Network
- Manage as IT Tools service contracts
- Budget and follow-up cost allocation
- Manage the support vendor and contract
- Seek improvements for end user experience in Service.now tool
- Responsible that IT tools in your scope are matching Outokumpu business requirements and further develop them
Requirements - 8 + years of Service Management Experience
- University Degree of IT or relevant business degree
- ITIL Certified
- Experience working in Global organization
- Experience of multivendor IT delivery model
- Good English skills, written and spoken
