Company „Žemaitijos pienas“ is one of the largest and most advanced milk processing companies in Lithuania,  a leader of hard cheese „Džiugas“ production and sales in Eastern Europe.

As the business evolves and grows, we’re continuously facing exciting new challenges across the marketing team. We are looking to develop the infrastructure of business in Great Britain market. This is a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring Sales specialist to join dynamic and fast-paced marketing and sales team therefore we are seeking for Sales Representative in London to join the team.

 

Job description:

  • An active new client search to implement company’s product sales.
  • Product sales strategy development and successful implementation.
  • To negotiate, represent the company in the meetings and prepare commercial proposals.
  • To secure sales volumes to meet the expectations of profit targets complying with the company’s targets.
  • To review sales budgets and track sales volumes versus targets to ensure their achievement.
  • To manage customer relationships to ensure optimized sales.
  • To maintain the margin expectations and related sales volumes in line with the company’s targets.
  • To monitor competitors’ activities to ensure full awareness of market developments.
  • To be the face of the business to the customer and operate with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Other assigned duties.

Requirements:                                                                                      

  • University or higher education, preferably Bachelor degree.
  •  A degree in Trade/ Economics or Management would be an advantage.
  • Experienceworking in an active sales development for at least 1year, preferably in the food industry.
  • Experience in FMCG sector would be an advantage.
  • Excellentcommunication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Focus onresults, strategic thinking and organizational skills.
  • Goodcomputer skills and a very good knowledge of English language (verbal and written).
  • Strongcommercial acumen and an enthusiastic character with a strong work ethics.
  • An abilityto effectively collaborate with partners, customers and team.
  • A self-motivatedperson with positive attitude, able to work remotely on their own initiative.
