The role is to provide a first class IT User Support service to clients and any related third parties, assisting them with software problems via phone, email and Intranet. Core Duties: • Provide first line technical support answering support queries via phone, email and web; • Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process; • Efficiently and accurately log all issues and requests on the call logging system; • Maintain all call lifecycles ensuring calls are regularly updated and contain valid and up-to-date information. Requirements:• Excellent English language skills; • IT related experience or big interest in IT and eagerness to learn; • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks; • Strong communication skills.
