Task information As Google Apps Team Leader, you will be part of one of the largest IT environments in Scandinavia. The tasks are varied and challenging in a complex cross-platform environment. Daily tasks will amongst others be: - Manage team of 2-5 employees working mainly with Google apps related activities
- Manage projects to migrate customer from existing solutions to Google cloud services
- Follow up team and project organizations in daily work
- Develop Competence plan for team members in cooperation with Department Manager
- Create and maintain tight coordination within the team and cooperation with other teams and in Visma
- Maintaining technologies watch, and make proposal to Department Manager on improvement of work tools and work method
- Contribute to team objectives and related team metrics. These metrics will measure performance at team level
- Developing employee skills and encouraging knowledge sharing within the team and across Visma organizational borders
- Help customers to implement Google related services in their organizations
- Do operational tasks for users and organizations (Visma customers) that are migrated to Google cloud
- Contribute in projects as needed
Requirements - Experience with Google cloud operations or similar
- Eager to learn and passion for cloud based services
- Experience from large multinational companies
- Experience with ITIL-based processes; e.g. change management, incident management and problem management
- Full Professional Proficiency - English
Desired technical qualifications/knowledge within some of the mentioned fields - Google apps in business environments
