Main Responsibilities:

• Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process;
• Communicate with customers (telephone, emails);
• Work closely with computer users and the team in order to resolve open issues/concerns;
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints;
• Escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group if necessary.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of French and English languages;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Quick orientation and decision-making in stressful situations;
• Responsibility for the final result.
