Job information The Production Specialist will be part of a dynamic team focused on high quality deliverables across many of the companies’ products and services with a particular emphasis on Reporting, Content and Quality Assurance. - Monitor, plan and manage production activities based on the request and to ensure timely delivery.
- Support websites using web content management systems, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and related tools
- Knowledge of QA techniques, test design and execution, including cross-browser, cross-platform (including mobile), web trends and troubleshooting.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports.
- Maintaining high quality and productivity.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web technologies.
- Experience with web-related tools - Adobe Creative Suite - is necessary.
- Knowledge of best practices in web usability, design for the web.
- Cross browser / device testing
