Job information As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible to coordinate and support on-going projects in terms of insourcing service from external parties, identifying process gaps and ensure improvements are aligned to the bank’s standards. - Planning, executing, monitoring and closing project.
- Engaging with stakeholders and managing internal, external and third party relationships.
- Conducting status review meetings with team members.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer; identify and eliminate process gaps.
- Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress to project stakeholders.
- Asset management.
- Manage Changes according to Change Management procedure.
- Coordinate technical teams on major incident bridges to deliver quick recovery on critical business incidents.
- Ability to work in a global team as well as individually.
- Ensure appropriate key measures and performance indicators are in place to track delivery and to be exhibited against performance targets.
Requirements - University Education degree.
- Knowledge of different IT infrastructure, experience in handling IT incidents (major incident management would be an advantage).
- Experience in IT Operations area.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately.
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
- Excellent analytical skills and accuracy, problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to travel abroad.
- ITIL knowledge.
