Duties will include: - Writing and implementing patient care plans,
- Monitoring patients,
- Maintaining patient records,
- Administering medication,
- Liaising with hospitals and GPSs,
- Regular interaction with family patients’ members,
- Responding to emergencies,
- Prioritising workloads,
- Recognising and observing codes of conduct.
Candidate Requirements: - Nursing diploma.
