Job description:

• Initiates, plans and manages an entire test and review cycle
• Chooses and implement relevant test types and test tools
• Chooses and implement relevant test methods and techniques
• Chooses and implement relevant review methods and techniques
• Identities and handles test and review related risks
• Makes an evaluation, follow-up and conclusion on the test and review cycle
• Contributes to improvements and advising within the test and review area on both an operational, tactical and strategic level

Responsibilities:

• The test manager has the responsibility for solving the activities in the subject area as optimal as possible and in accordance with guidelines (Development Model), industry standards, and best practices within the constraints defined by project or system manager.
• The job contains a responsibility for the review and test in project and tasks.
• Then test manager’s task is to perform above-mentioned review and test disciplines. Then test manager can enter into projects as a resource and participate in several phases of the entire project towards the final product. This applies to new development as well as changes in existing products, processes and solutions. The test manager can be assigned to one or more projects / tasks.
• The complexity of the job requires the ability to form a comprehensive view and have an overall view of large complex tasks.

Requirements:  

• Have experience in a Test Lead/Test Manager role
• Have experience in test strategy and test planning artifacts
• Have experience in automation and manual testing processes, methodologies and test tools
• Have experience in delivering test metrics, creating test reports and defect dashboard
• Have experience in estimating test effort, resource requirements
• Have good knowledge and experience working in Agile team
• Fluent in English
• ISTQB Foundation as minimum
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution.
• Financial services experience preferred
