We are looking for User Support agent in IT Operations & Security [Norwegian] The job: § User Support is the primary contact for all users in Storebrand/ SPP regarding service disruptions, service requests and application support in Norway, Sweden and Lithuania; § User Support is responsible for helping the users back in ordinary business as soon as possible, whether it is by restoring a service or informing about an available workaround. User Support´s main task: § Log all incidents / service requests (Incl. categorization and prioritization); § Provide 1st-line investigation and diagnosis; § Resolve those incidents/ requests if possible; § Escalate incidents/ requests if they are not solved within agreed time; § Keep users informed of progress; § Close all incidents/ service requests. User Application Scope: § User Support is offering support on many Applications that are mainly developed internally at Storebrand /SPP. For example CRM, Customer Master, other sales- and most of our web solutions; § All support is in Swedish or Norwegian but we also need to be good in English to communicate to our colleagues in IT. Qualifications § IT literacy; § Good command of Norwegian, both spoken and written § Knowledge of Storebrand's systems is an advantage. Personality: § Enthusiastic and service minded; § Able to work under pressure; § Solution oriented;§ Works well both alone and in cooperation with groups in a virtual team; § Organized and structured working methodology; § Willing to make continuous improvements.
