| Job description • Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with major accounts;• Creating business proposals for new and existing opportunities.• Managing and supervision of the subordinates (sales representatives);• Interaction with wholesalers as well as retail chains • Generating knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities;• Driving contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies; • Planning & budgeting of sales department results in LT• Developing the sales by supporting other members in the team• Double visits with SalesRep'sRequirements• Pro-activity , readiness challenges & focus on the achievement of the goal• Work experience with the biggest retail chains (would be beneficial)• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to influence, A strong leader, able to build a working team and resistant to stress• Knowledge of retail and consumer market, finance, ability to analyze commercial and marketing data;• Higher education • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both verbal and written).
