Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage multilingual Inside Sales teams in Vilnius, Lithuania. Oversee and manage all Inside Sales Initiatives
  • Work with executive management to create and agree on Inside Sales program goals and strategy
  • Create real and measurable business results, achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Track pipeline and close deals for specific agreed upon revenue goals
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring performance against pre-established business metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive the creation and utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs and campaigns that drive Inside Sales revenue

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B related sales experience
  • Experience running an inside sales organization comprising of over 20 team members
  • Experience with evaluating and transforming inside sales groups in order to maximize revenues
