Job description: This position is responsible for providing customer service and technical support in various geographical locations around the globe. Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle client support requests via phone, email and web; ?
- Understand customer needs, expectations and direct them to the proper solution;
- Review support cases.
Requirements: - Proficient written and spoken English language is a must, TOEFL or IELTS is a plus;
- Polish, German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus;
- Customer care experience (catering, hospitality, etc.) is a plus;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work late night shifts. ?
