We are looking for new employee to our Vilnius Airport rent a car office.

We are looking for:

Main tasks:

• Excellent and efficient customer service;
• Active sale of Europcar services at the counter;
• Renting & checking rental vehicles;
• Customer service communication;
• Administration of daily work;
• Vehicle deliveries & collections.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills;
• B-category driving licence;
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian languages;
• Computer skills;
• Technical sharpness and general understanding of vehicles;
• Readiness to work in shifts and on weekends.

Knowledge of other languages or previous sales experience will be an advantage.
