At the moment we are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of a successful product launch through the management of internal and external Customers and Suppliers, all activities of cross functional team, product profitability and project metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Manage new projects from conception to production release, coordinating the efforts of the cross functional project team.
- Monitor and control the time, cost and technical performance of assigned projects and report back to the management team.
- Prepare direct reports to reflect situation about assigned and coordinated projects.
- Coordinate APQP (Advanced product quality planning) and Phase Review activities.
- In conjunction with other team members devise preventative and corrective action plans if necessary.
- Manage the non-commercial interface with the customer.
- Participate in optimising ASP (Automotive Sensors Products) business unit processes, procedures, methodologies.
- Participate in ASP (Automotive Sensors Products) business unit internal interfaces.
- Mentor and guide engineers who are managing smaller projects, support members from other departments.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 1-2 years Program Management experience or 5 additional years in non-Program Management cross functional positions related to the industry.
- Experience working in a cross cultured environment.
- Fluent English skills, any other language would be a plus.
- Project Managing certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% (The Americas, China, Europe).
