UAB Ekistics Research (“the Company”) is a subsidiary of Ekistics Property Advisors LLP (“the Parent”). The Parent is a London, UK based advisor to a real estate private equity fund with USD 100m of firm equity commitments.

The Company is seeking a Junior Analyst to provide financial modelling, analytics, market research and reporting services to the Parent.   

Typical projects will include:

1. Cash flow modelling of real estate transactions
2. Credit analysis of tenants
3. Real estate sector specific market research and reports
4. Economic research summaries and reports
5. General report preparation:
   1. Compiling statistical summaries
   2. Preparation of presentations
6. Document review:
   1. Confidentiality agreements
   2. Corporate resolutions
   3. Other general documents
7. Transaction due diligence review and summary:
   1. Legal
   2. Property
   3. Environmental
   4. Others as required
8. Ongoing investment monitoring, valuations and analysis:
   1. Performance as against business plan
   2. Investee compliance with agreements

Preferred candidates are likely to possess:

• A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, maths, business management or science (physics, chemistry)
• A track record of high academic achievement
• Experience in financial services or in another industry where frequent quantitative and qualitative analysis has been required would be considered as advantage
• Strong English skills
• Strong Excel skills
• An interest in commercial real estate. However, actual real estate finance experience is beneficial, but not required
• An interest in financial markets
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly

The Junior Analyst role offers:
