Job information

• Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand and recommend solutions that enable our organization to achieve its goals
• Document and analyze relevant business processes to identify the potential for future optimization
• Implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing business requirements
• Challenge the business and your team to find the best solution, which meets the requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business analyst in software development projects
• Strong communicator with great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Process maturity
• Solid and relevant academic background
• Fluent English
• Experience in financial services industry (strong advantage)
• Are experienced in being a part of a global team (advantage)
