Job information Corporate Services and Channels team is is developing digital banking solutions for corporate customers such as online banking, mobile and tablet applications, digital signing, supply chain finance, etc. Responsibilities: - Elicit and gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate their needs into a clear specification that can be used for software development
- Participate and support both development and implementation ensuring that the final solution is rolled out to customers and organizationally implemented in Danske Bank
- Build continuous partnership between Business and IT
- Challenge the business, team and managers so we are sure we made the right Solutions from a customer point of view
- Monitor the progress, status, plan actions needed
Requirements - Good communication and facilitation skills
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Strong quality focus
- Strong understanding and experience in requirements specification
- Ability to work effectively in global team which is located in Lithuania, Denmark and India
- Ability to elicit and define needs of business stakeholders as well as transform to a more technical solution
- IT related experience and understanding of financial services area
- Be structured, analytical and solution oriented in your approach to problems
- Proactive, self-driven, willing to learn, can absorb a lot of new information
