Job information

• Create and develop the training system for sales directors in train the trainer principle
• Prepare training material in different modules (leadership, coaching, marketing, sales development and others)
• May provide training and coaching to sales directors or team managers
• May organize the small events for sales teams
• Close collaboration with sales development team in Poland
• May write articles to internal paper and companies website

Requirements

• Education - psychology or sociology and/or completed school of business coaches
• Work experience as a product/sales trainer inside the company or training company
• Trainings/events coordination work experience
• Very good English language skills
• Good spoken Russian language skills
• Understanding the beauty and direct sales business would be an advantage
• Company is looking for communicative, easy to make relationships and fast learning personality
