Job information Corporate Services and Channels team is is developing digital banking solutions for corporate customers such as online banking, mobile and tablet applications, digital signing, supply chain finance, etc. Responsibilities: - Digital Signing solution implementation across business areas
- Cross-functions and departments collaborations and approvals by the signature
- Extensions and improvements of services and self- administration possibilities for Corporates and Institutions via Business Online
- MobilePay solution development from business involvement perspective
- Business solutions development for Denmark, Norway, Finland markets
- Elicit and gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate their needs into a clear specification that can be used for software development
- Specify and communicate requirements by using prototyping, diagramming, and different specification methods
- Participate and support both development and implementation ensuring that the final solution is rolled out to customers and organizationally implemented in Danske Bank
- Build continuous partnership between Business and IT
- Challenge the business, team and managers so we are sure we made the right Solutions from a customer point of view
- Make sure the product changes are well introduced to the whole organization and measure the success of the change
- Verify the implemented solution and/or change meets requirements and business needs and if ready to be delivered/launched
- Project gate keeper to ensure quality
- Monitor the progress, status, plan actions needed
Requirements - Good communication and facilitation skills
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Strong quality focus
- Strong understanding and experience in requirements specification
- Software quality assurance area knowledge
- Experience in functional testing and/or user acceptance testing/coordination
- Ability to work effectively in global team which is located in Lithuania, Denmark and India
- Be structured, analytical and solution oriented in your approach to problems
- Proactive, self-driven, willing to learn, can absorb a lot of new information
