Strategic Staffing Solutions International client –  international company, leader in Finance, Trading and Investment industry is expanding its operations in Vilnius, Lithuania  and is looking for:

You will be responsible for:

• Design, development, and implementation of technological solutions to company’s new and existing applications, systems architecture and applications infrastructure.
• Reviewing system requirements and business processes, working closely with internal and external customers to ensure that solutions meet requirements and expectations.
• Leading development team through the development process, mentor more junior team members.
• Design of systems architecture, systems strategy, integration services and applications infrastructure.
• Establishing technology product specifications and collaboration with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Security and quality of the end product.
• Implementation of continuous integration practices to ensure successful installation and increased efficiency.
• Ensure that applications are compatible across multiple computing platforms and browsers.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of software development & design experience with Ruby.
• More than 3 years of experience with Agile.
• About 8 years of full stack software development & design experience.
• Experience with at least a few these: Rails, JavaScript, Linux, HTML5, CSS, PostgreSQL
• Experience with large scale projects.
• Stakeholder management experience and well developed B2B communication skills.
• Team management experience.
