Job information The Senior Manager has primary responsibility for setting the strategy and vision and for managing the day-to-day tactical operations of the Customer and Fraud analytics teams based in Lithuania. Our ambitious goal is to establish Advanced analytics practice (Centre of Excellence) in-house. The senior manager will lead his/her teams by establishing and executing a vision for the delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to the business’ key stakeholders, including, internal staff, partners and clients. This position will be ultimately responsible for helping transform the company into a business that truly differentiates and competes on information and analytics. Responsibilities - Set the vision and drive the strategy for Advanced Analytics in the Danske Bank Group
- Set up governance around Advanced Analytics by building a Center of Excellence for Customer and Fraud Analytics in close cooperation with stakeholders in IT and business.
- Lead local team of data scientists and developers with full accountability for deliveries, performance and financials.
Requirements - Experience within domain (Advanced / predictive analytics, Big data)
- A solid understanding of key BI trends
- A solid understanding of leading edge technologies and best practices within business intelligence / advanced analytics / big data
- Demonstrated experience with data science, statistical analysis, data mining and predictive algorithms
- Experience in building and supporting BI/analytics/big data business cases
- Experience in setting up governance and organization to support advanced analytics
- Proven experience in leadership role
- Good English (verbal and written).
- Organizational skills: an ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
