Main responsibilities of this role include: - Develop new user-facing features in single-page applications;
- Write reusable, testable, maintainable, and efficient code;
- Develop components and libraries used by multiple teams;
- Write technical documentation for other developers;
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability;
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you should: - Understanding JavaScript design patterns and best practices
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with MV* frameworks (React, Angular.js, Knockout)
- Implementing unit tests (Karma, Jasmine)
- Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD
- Experience with package management systems (npm, bower, jspm)
- Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and gulp
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Less or SASS)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software development.
