Job information As Senior Specialist, treasury back office you are responsible for conducting treasury operations and transactions in an accurate and timely manner as well as conducting in-house cash (IHC) operations and transactions in an accurate and timely manner. You act in close co-operations with Group Treasury and Risk Management, companies within the Group as well Banks and Brokers. Individual accountabilities - Administration of derivative and other treasury transactions in SAP treasury system
- Daily trade confirmations, postings and payments
- Monthly valuations and reconciliations
- Communication with the counterparties and other stakeholders
- Operating of Internal bank (IHC)
- Daily activities; closing of accounts, administration of bank statements
- Internal and external payments
- Monthly interest calculations and reporting
- Limit controlling
- Other tasks
- Participation in liquidity management by reporting daily bank account balances
- Regulatory reporting (Central bank reporting, EMIR)
- Participation in year-end reporting
- Subsidiaries back office operations and payments
Requirements - University level degree from relevant field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in treasury /bank back office and payments
- Knowledge of accounting , SAP, Financial instruments, payments
- Fluent English language skills
- As a person you work well in a team as well as independently. You are detail oriented and you possess efficient ways of working.
