On behalf of our client  we are looking to recruit Team Lead with Norwegian.

TEAM LEAD WITH NORWEGIAN

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Team Lead sets the vision, direction, and culture of his / her team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, providing individual coaching feedback sessions aimed to improve development. Additionally Team Lead monitors real time metrics, analyzes team KPI / performance metrics, and team behavior while serving as leader and as a point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Time management oversight for a Team of 10+.
  • Workforce management oversight – attendance, timesheet approval.
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor many workflows to meet expected turn-around times.
  • Monitor performance, implement improvements and administer corrective actions.
  • Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Participate in performance evaluations.
  • Assist with daily and weekly compilation of reporting metrics and be able to evaluate the results.
  • Assist with all aspects of the new hire process – candidate selection, training, and coaching.
  • Promote a positive Team environment that motivates and empowers the members.
  • Maintain compliance with required regulations

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Fluent Norwegian language (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Previous experience supervising a team in a customer service or operation environment is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task are a must.
  • Leadership qualities including conflict resolution, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of policy processing and workflows.
  • Comfortable with technology: conversant in common software and platforms in a professional setting, including MS Office and other products.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle stress.
  • Fluent English is a strong advantage but not a requirement.
