Job information

As Software asset management process owner, you are responsible for managing Software Asset Process and software asset vendors. You work in close co-operation with Service Managers, Procurement and Software asset vendors for example. Your targets are to make sure that spend on software assets is cost-efficient and we as a company are compliant contractually.

Individual accountabilities:

• Software Asset Compliance
• Optimizing for Software Asset Pool
• Cost Efficiency of Software Asset Pool
• Budgeting and forecasting Software Assets

Shared accountabilities:

• Quality of Configuration Management
• Demand planning

Requirements

• University Degree in IT
• 10 + years experience in IT Service Management
• 5 + year experience in Software Asset Management
• Advanced English
• ITIL Certified
• You have good negotiations skills and experience working in global multi-vendor environments
