System administrator and security specialist with expertise in antivirus. The end point and security administrator will have the daily responsibility for maintaining and operating the end point environment, currently Symantec End point Protection, SEP12. This involves deep knowledge of end point protection, Microsoft server administration, Microsoft Active Directory, networking, remote access solutions, firewalls, VPN, workstation builds, threat assessment and related components. An overall knowledge of client security for enterprises s also needed. As a specialist you will be part of a workstation team. The team will be in close dialogue with a central workstation team with IT architects and senior engineers. The job offers possibility to work with security and antivirus for workstation infrastructure, for a large financial company present in more than 10 countries with more than 28.000 workstations. Responsibilities: - Identify, design and implement new information Security Policies for workstation platform
- Reviews, prioritizes and recommends information security improvements
- Documentation of existing Client security policies and procedures
- Provides central management of end point protection solution (Antivirus & Antimalware)
- Leading high severity incidents resolutions and complex problems
- Technical leads for Risk and Compliance actions
- Lead on Products updates/fixes, security patching
- Provide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters of significance
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
- Ensures proper documentation is in place, in line with department and supported infrastructure standards.
- Ensures proper change control is in place
- Work to ensure Root Cause Analysis of outages and escalated problems.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience managing security function
- Must have strong experience with enterprise level security products
- Experience with Network Security (Firewall, IPS, etc.)
- Experience with vulnerability scanners and common user access control products including Microsoft AD
- Experience with Endpoint protection
- Experience in supporting compliance audits
- Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of enterprise security products from: Cisco, Symantec, Checkpoint or equivalents.
- Knowledge of end point Firewall, VPN administration
- Windows Active Directory
- Encryption/PKI
