While essentially it is a junior program, we want you to develop professionally and grow your skills with us, therefore you will start with actual real-life projects from the very first day, guided by your senior colleagues. We are promising your training will always be hands-on & cutting-edge, delivered by true experts from Denmark and Lithuania and immediately put into practice. Responsibilities As a Junior Software Engineer you will do end-to-end development in Agile teams i.e. perform requirements analyses, develop architecture and design, do reviews, programming and testing, and put solutions into operation. You will be mainly working with: PL1, COBOL - and we do have some Java and JavaScript tasks. Right from the beginning, you will be assigned separate areas of responsibility. To develop your skills faster, we will partner closely with business decision-makers challenging them to define requirements and needs, as we attach great importance to developing the systems in close collaboration with the users.
