Job information This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the purchase department, managing a team and developing the purchasing strategy. Job responsibilities: - Coordinating all processes and activities within purchase department
- Implementing and improving purchasing strategy
- Supervising a team, planning and coordinating workload, managing performance and development
- Negotiating terms and agreements with European and overseas suppliers
- Ensuring right quantity of the right products at the right time
Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably from a similar field
- At least 2 years of experience of working with Far East suppliers
- Experience of leading a team
- Ability to travel (within the EU and the Far East)
- Higher education degree
- Excellent skills and knowledge of purchasing methods and tools
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), Russian skills would be an advantage
- “Hands-on”, active and initiative personality
