| Answering telephone calls and responding to basic IT-related questions of our customers using established methods provided in training. Forwarding calls to appropriate personnel, if needed. Recording calls on account history record with results of the inquiry; initiating required confirmation. Processing customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision. |
