About the role:

The CRM Manager will be responsible for planning, managing & implementing digital strategy with an emphasis on developing the CRM program in conjunction with an Email Marketing Executive. You'll be working in truly matrix environment and will work directly with various sales regions to define and execute their digital marketing requirements. You'll also bring your extensive expertise to help them with best practice and guidance. This role would be perfect for an innovative and driven digital marketer who loves striving for results and constant improvement and who blends an in-depth experience of eCRM with other digital channels.

Your profile:

• You will have excellent knowledge of best practice eCRM marketing as well as a wider knowledge of digital marketing
• You will have a minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience including developing and implementing global strategies
• You will be commercially minded and understand how eCRM fits into the broader marketing strategy
• You will have experience with end to end campaign management: Planning, building, testing, delivering and post campaign analysis
• You will have hands-on experience with CRM systems and a clear understating of customer segmentation and targeting capabilities
• You will have experience building automated email programs e.g. behavioural based trigger emails and dynamic content
• Experience with Oracle CRM platform would be considered as an advantage.
