Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of numerous monthly reports;
- Sales data analysis;
- Preparation of custom/one time needed graphs/tables;
- CRM system administration;
- Preparation and maintenance of IT hardware: Dell/HP laptops, smartphones, tablets, network equipment, printers, IP desk phones, etc., following company standards;
- Preparation of accounts and hardware system access for new team members;
- Updating/Installing approved software, as and when required;
- Support team members with knowledge in both fields of IT and Analytics.
Key Requirements: - University degree;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to maintain strong attention to details;
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in: Lithuanian, English, Russian;
- Strong computer skills and knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Great knowledge of:
- MS Windows Operating Systems;
- MS Office Suite;
- Active Directory;
- Advantage would be knowledge of CRM systems;
- Ability to effectively manage their day to day workload;
- Ability to multi task and prioritize.
