We are building High Performance Large Scale Advertising Systems (from scratch). Utilizing API-connected internal and external systems, automated data analysis and smart algorithms we are helping our clients to reach great over their marketing activities. Our business partners are Facebook and Google and the most important companies in the real-time advertising space. We are seeking outstanding Senior Engineers and Technical Project Managers ranking in the top 5% of their peer group. Your work is flexible in one of the nicest offices in Vilnius. - Design, develop, improve and maintain our infrastructure
- Take responsibility – own, plan and execute your projects
- Work together in an agile and excellent team closely with product and other developers
?QUALIFICATIONS - You are motivated, a problem-solver and detail-oriented in your work
- Graduated with a degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Experience in automating machine installation, project builds and service deployments
- Experience in cloud / PaaS infrastructure (such as Amazon E3, Heroku)
- Knowledge how to setup monitoring tools like Statsd, Graphite, Nagios or DataDog
- Skills with Puppet, Chef, Ansible or Salt.
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with big data infrastructure, in particular Hadoop is a big plus
- Having a developer background with a history of releasing great products is a plus
- Conceptual knowledge of online advertising space and hand-on experience in building ad tech, including analytics, ad serving, targeting, real time bidding (DSP, SSP, DMP) is a big plus
- Good English communication skills, since we are working internationally
