JOB PURPOSE: - Be a part of the Lithuanian sales team
- To establish, develop and implement UNILEVER strategy within the designated Key Accounts in line with company objectives in Lithuania
KEY DUTIES: - Maintaining and developing effective relationships with clients
- Sales reports – execution, analyzing and monitoring
- Execution of marketing activities and assortment plans to secure a positive impact on company objectives
- Conducting regular reviews of promotional activities and identifying development potential to maximize the profit of the organization and clients’ satisfaction
- Controlling expositions, visibility and right assortment in the point of sales
- Active contribution in execution, monitoring merchandising agency
- Analyzing the results of clients on regular basis
- Regular market and client visits to check implemented strategies/activities and better understand customer insight
- Solving operational issues related to the clients
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Preferably experience of working in the retail market
- Creativity, proactivity, energy, responsibility and engagement
- Team-work oriented
- Good negotiation, selling, planning and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills: communication, influencing, energetic
- Open minded personality
- Valid driver’s license
- Lithuanian, English and Russian languages
- Good level of computer skills
