| ITALIAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST |
Tasks: - Provide customer support by phone and email
- Manage travel service (hotel, transfer, attraction) bookings
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
Requirements: - Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory)
- Attention to details
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good computer skills
- Customer-oriented communication skills
