We expect you to be:
Fluent in German and English language
Internet and Social Media friendly user
A Google enthusiast
Interested in Recruitment or HR industry
Responsibilities:
The Sourcer is responsible for candidate acquisition and engagement
Identify potential candidates that fit our open job requisitions
Create a high quality internal database with relevant pre-screened candidates
Leverage global and niche social networks to find talents
Update existing candidate profiles with more current information
Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly
Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
