Currently Volfas Engelman is looking for an experience Head of IT to join their team in Kaunas. | | Head of IT | Job information This role will oversee the development, implementation, and use of technology throughout the organization, working closely with all staff to assess and address organizational needs. Job responsibilities: - Developing, implementing and maintaining an effective and efficient companywide IT strategy, IT structure and processes to support the company’s business and financial goals;
- Leading, mentoring and developing the team to ensure their performance;
- Managing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all currently used IT systems;
- Developing and managing strategic IT budgets;
- Ensuring the availability, reliability, security, optimal performance and function of the company’s IT infrastructure;
- Managing critical relationships with external service providers;
- Communicating regularly with the Senior Management Team and all users of information services and systems.
Requirements - Education in IT field;
- Proven successful experience within an IT management position;
- Experience in managing a team;
- Fluency in English; Russian as an advantage;
- Problem solving skills and ability to manage work flow in a timely manner;
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels;
- Experience and understanding of both programming and IT infrastructure administration.
