This position drives development, operation and maintenance of fixed and mobile voice platforms and services; has got good technical knowledge in telco area and uses leadership skills to manage voice and service teams. Main Responsibilities: Lead the teams that are responsible for voice platforms and services; Ensure technical service delivery excellence and efficiency; Secure voice platforms and services life circle management including development, capacity management, maintenance and operations; End user voice service configuration and management, seeks to improve customer satisfactions; Secure problem and incident handling within voice platforms and services; Budget responsibility within voice area; Vendors and 3rd parties management; Responsible for process optimization within voice area; We hope that you have: University degree in IT/Telco or any other technical; ITIL process understanding; At least 4 years experience in IT/Telco related positions (highly desirable); At least 3 years of team management experience; Strong leadership, communication and cooperation skills; Ability to demonstrate independent work initiative; Very good Lithuanian and English language skills.
