- Track performance and ROI of marketing activities
- Coordinate the production of marketing creative materials and perform quality control on all marketing communications
- Continuously optimize individual campaigns and the overall marketing mix
- A/B test marketing campaigns
- Innovate, identify good marketing opportunities and test new marketing channels
Requirements - Bachelor degree in relevant field
- 2+ years of marketing or marketing related project management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills. The working language of the company is English.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, organization and methodology to a multi-functional project team
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, prioritize and make changes to work as project needs dictate
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects and be self-directed and motivated
- Ability to identify as well as resolve issues and roadblocks inhibiting completion of milestones
- Proficiency with MS Office.
Desirable Skills - Google Analytics; Google certification a big plus
