You will be an essential part of our success! | | PROGRAM OFFICE MANAGER (PMO) | PMO manages a program or project office. Assists a program or project team in planning, tracking, and reporting status and progress. Coordinates information for program and/or project managers, works with program/project teams who can analyze the data, and communicates expectations as needed. Escalates when appropriate; advises and decides on solutions with appropriate departments and staff. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Project planning assistance;
- Project monitoring and auditing;
- Project tracking and control;
- Tracking resource availability across projects;
- Establishing project management guidelines, standards and procedures for the project;
- Reporting directly to top management and distributing information throughout the organization;
- Conducting training for project managers in using tools and techniques;
- Administrative support, meeting planning;
- Information archiving.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR YOU: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Working experience in a higher responsibility area under minimum supervision;
- Experience working with projects, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong English speaking/writing skills;
- Experience or skills in MS Project;
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills (oral/written/presentation);
- Orientation to details and accuracy;
- Understanding of IT terminology.
