Currently, we have a team of almost 600 professionals and we are looking for: | | REPORTING SPECIALIST IN IT SUPPORT AREA | Job information IT Support is a large part of the bank responsible for IT infrastructure and operational deliveries to SEB group worldwide. We aim for efficiency, speed and quality and are continuously looking for ways to deliver better services, through innovation, proactive and smarter ways of working. We are looking for addition to our global team that would be driven to support us in our goals through developing high quality reports and content analysis and also have a deep interest in data analysis and discovering insights that create value to the organization. Functions and responsibilities: As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering reporting demands from stakeholders; defining, developing, specifying and maintaining reports as well as test and verify them together with the requestor. You would be also working closely with Global Process Managers to support their day-to-day activities and smooth running of Global IT Processes. Requirements What we expect: - experience in delivering various reports on operational tools or processes
- knowledge in MS SQL Server and database
- good analytical skills
- great communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements to meaningful business analysis and reports
- willingness to contribute to team work
- eagerness to learn
- motivated, service minded and positive attitude
- University or higher education degree with relevant specialization
- good English language skills
