Support a small number of customers in process- and instruction-driven work tasks. - Responsible and accountable for leading and developing a team of people, setting a direction and deploying resources for varying projects, participating in company-wide projects while providing guidance and expertise when needed.
- Supervising daily activities of the team to ensure the expectations and goals are net and/or exceeded.
- Set priorities for team achievements; coordinate within other teams/managers.
- Collaborates with other managers and departments to ensure the effective work processes and regarding client requests.
- Ensures the team is aware of organization policies and procedures, products and services.
- Works to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Monitors and reports team performance indicators.
- Acts as an escalation point for operational issues for the team.
- Motivates, develops, recruits and retains team members, cultivating high performing team culture.

Skills required Educational requirements: - University studies/degree in finance/economics/business administration or equivalent.
Language skills: - Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
- Nordic language skills would be a strong advantage.
Computer skills: - Sufficient user of MS Office applications.
- Advanced user of Excel.
Other skills: - Experience in team management.
- Recruitment, training, coaching and developing experience.
- Transition experience.
- Knowledge of mutual fund trading, international cash settlement, FX trading, corporate actions would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of different types of securities and how trading and/or clearing and settlement is conducted.

- Standard working hours.
Travelling: - Extensive travelling first 6 months, occasional travelling later.
