Job information

To keep Danske Bank in the lead in the fierce competition in the financial sector and in the Fintech industry, we are looking for a Software Project Manager who can work harder, faster and smarter to take the digital channels for our commercial customers to a new level.

Requirements

You’ve shown good judgment about shipping as fast as possible while still making sure that products are built with superior quality and in a easy maintainable and reusable way — and you’re comfortable with taking the risk of making mistakes, provided you learn from them.
• Competence. You have extensive experience with real-life examples proving good record in project management including areas such as scope, budget, timeline, stakeholders and risks. You are also able to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion as well as identify & implement appropriate quality standards to ensure project quality.
• Passion and energy. Because you love what you do, you bring infectious enthusiasm to all your endeavours. You always perform at your absolute best and see new challenges as an opportunity to contribute, make an impact, and grow.
• Commitment. You care tremendously about keeping the Danske Bank experience consistent for users and strive to make any issues invisible to customers.
