ACME group employs over 470 people. | TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT MANAGER | Job Summary: The Technical Sales Support Manager is responsible for driving AVAD Baltic’s established process for deliver growth and Apple products sales revenue targets in B2B channel in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. This role is responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to sales team and channel partners, which will require Technical Sales Support Manager to play a proactive role in the sales process. The role will require to be a good presenter at all levels, to have a strategic mind-set and collaborate successfully with key stakeholders. Job description: - Develop competences of channel partners: to execute trainings to develop sales and technical competences of B2B channel partners.
- Engage major B2B accounts directly in implementing Apple technology and promote adoption of the technology: to promote adoption of Apple technology together with channel partner or on own initiative.
- Accelerate adoption of Apple technology: develop and deliver persuasive technical sales, product presentations and demonstrations, that clearly communicate Apple's product and technology benefits and competitive advantages.
- Execute events, briefings and workshops to large and small groups.
- Work with the sales team to strategize on sales pipeline: to identify key areas to focus on and to prioritize tasks required to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage sales opportunities: to identify and work to close those opportunities. Work with management to coordinate resolution of challenges, which may jeopardize future sales.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and channel partners: to research, assemble and advise on technical solutions, and be able to remove technical barriers that impede adoption of Apple technology.
Requirements: - Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, products, services and solutions.
- Understanding of Apple technology is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong technical skills, understanding of mobility services and solutions would be an advantage.
- Higher education.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and execute in a fast paced demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills.
- Great teamwork skills.
- Experience in organizing events.
- Language skills: fluent in English, advantage - fluent in Russian.
- Driver’s license. Possibility to travel within the Baltic States extensively.
