| | SENIOR MANAGER – CREDIT CONTROL EUROPE | Job information As Senior Manager you act as the Team lead for credit controlling team in Business Services Center. You are responsible for credit control management for certain legal entities that are large and/or having demanding and complex credit controlling. You work closely together with Group Treasury and Risk Management, Sales organisation, insurance companies and collection agencies for example. Individual accountabilities: - Team lead responsibilities (target setting, appraisals, coaching, etc.)
- Responsible for credit control management for (named) legal entities and BA Europe
- Solutions for securing account receivables (for open terms sales)
- Main limit processes, incl. endorsed and discretionary limits, uninsured limit applications, top-up limits
- Credit control support in Group’s factoring / sale of receivable programs
- Credit data utilization, monitoring and maintenance in relevant systems (Internal / external, e.g. SAP and credit insurers online systems)
- Overall responsibility and management of overdue account receivables
- A/R monitoring and overdue recognition and reporting
- Dunning and collection processes
- Non-payment notifications and Insurance loss settlement
- Credit risk monitoring and reporting to Group entities and to Group Treasury and Risk Management
Requirements - University level degree from relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Credit controlling in Europe and within a large EU based company
- Team management experience
- Good communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as ability to work proactively
- Fluent English language skills (Finnish/Swedish would be a great advantage)
