On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit Team Lead with Norwegian. | TEAM LEAD WITH NORWEGIAN | GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Team Lead sets the vision, direction, and culture of his / her team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, providing individual coaching feedback sessions aimed to improve development. Additionally Team Lead monitors real time metrics, analyzes team KPI / performance metrics, and team behavior while serving as leader and as a point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Time management oversight for a Team of 10+.
- Workforce management oversight – attendance, timesheet approval.
- Coordinate, manage and monitor many workflows to meet expected turn-around times.
- Monitor performance, implement improvements and administer corrective actions.
- Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Participate in performance evaluations.
- Assist with daily and weekly compilation of reporting metrics and be able to evaluate the results.
- Assist with all aspects of the new hire process – candidate selection, training, and coaching.
- Promote a positive Team environment that motivates and empowers the members.
- Maintain compliance with required regulations
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED - Fluent Norwegian language (both written and verbal) is a must.
- Previous experience supervising a team in a customer service or operation environment is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task are a must.
- Leadership qualities including conflict resolution, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of policy processing and workflows.
- Comfortable with technology: conversant in common software and platforms in a professional setting, including MS Office and other products.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Fluent English is a strong advantage but not a requirement.
