- Prepare training material in different modules (leadership, coaching, marketing, sales development and others)
- May provide training and coaching to sales directors or team managers
- May organize the small events for sales teams
- Close collaboration with sales development team in Poland
- May write articles to internal paper and companies website
Requirements - Education - psychology or sociology and/or completed school of business coaches
- Work experience as a product/sales trainer inside the company or training company
- Trainings/events coordination work experience
- Very good English language skills
- Good spoken Russian language skills
- Understanding the beauty and direct sales business would be an advantage
- Company is looking for communicative, easy to make relationships and fast learning personality
